Where to Start

It can be a daunting process to commence the definition of a boundary, not least as you may not be confident of the boundaries or the costs you will incur in having the boundaries defined.

Ours fee structure is intended to provide security around the costs in the initial process and are as follows:-

• A desk top study, including a review of the information available from £350 + VAT
• A site Survey and report confirming our professional opinion of the boundary and treatment of it from £850 + VAT
• A dimensioned plan for use in submitting the defined boundaries to Land Registry from £450 + VAT
• Boundary Agreement from £250 + VAT

Should we be required to negotiate with another surveyor or act as an expert witness our hourly rate of £190 + VAT shall be applied.

Should minor alteration to the report and or plans be required, this shall be charged at a rate of £150 + VAT per hour.
